腐竹焖五花肉
材料
五花肉 500克、腐竹 1包、盐适量、酱青少许、食用油适量、蒜茸少许
做法
1. 五花肉用盐涂抹再用清水洗净;
2. 沥干水分,放入碗中,加入适量酱青腌制;
3. 腐竹放入冷水浸泡至软为止,沥干水分,再切成段;
4. 预热油锅,加入蒜茸爆香,后倒入五花肉爆炒,至肉变白色;
5. 倒入腐竹翻炒,再加入调味料炒匀;
6. 加入清水,盖过五花肉及腐竹,盖上锅盖,焖煮 20 分钟;
7. 熄火,先别开盖,让它再焖 5 分钟,后即可盛碟享用。
(注:此菜乃根据小时目睹妈妈的煮法烹调。)
